Meet Iwona Hosking
Iwona (pronounced Ivana) is a results-obsessed, commercially astute entrepreneur and executive leader with 25 years experience across a variety of industries including tech & telco, health, retail, construction, hospitality and corporate events.​
Iwona is people-centric and an expert at scaling and growing businesses to exceed seven figures, whilst building culture and developing leaders.​
By the age of twenty-five; Iwona had started and sold two of her own SME's. She has since worked internationally; accruing extensive experience in executive leadership roles whilst working with the likes of CMA, CBRE, DERIVCO, HEINEKEN, PEPSICO, ASPEN PHARMACARE.​
Iwona is a master at all things sales, operations and people and has a natural talent for motivating and inspiring others to lead with head, heart & hands.

Throughout my life I have had this inner drive to compete, to do more, to achieve more.
My parents fled Poland after WW2. As immigrants, I grew up with a strong appreciation for hard work. Whether it was chores at home, or putting your big-girl pants on to tackle each new day, there was no time for self pity or slacking off.

Throughout my life I have competed in Triathlons and Endurance Races across a number of sporting codes as a way to keep pushing me forward. To achieve more and do more.
This tiger-like tenacity and resilience is something I believe can be unlocked in everyone.
